Denne politik beskriver, hvilke personoplysninger appen AlControl behandler, hvorfor, og hvilke rettigheder du har. Vi har skrevet den, så den kan læses af mennesker — ikke kun af jurister.

2. Hvilke oplysninger behandler vi?

Uden konto

Du kan bruge appen uden at oprette en konto. Så bliver alt, du registrerer, liggende på din egen telefon og sendes ikke nogen steder hen.

Med konto

Opretter du en konto — med e-mail, Google eller Apple — behandler vi:

Kontooplysninger	Et bruger-id, din e-mailadresse, og — hvis du logger ind med Apple eller Google — det navn, du vælger at dele. Bruger du Apples Skjul min e-mail, ser vi kun Apples videresendelsesadresse.
Dine registreringer	Drikkevare, mængde, alkoholprocent, pris, valuta og tidspunkt for hver enkelt registrering.
Dine indstillinger	Kropsvægt og kropssammensætning (bruges til promilleberegningen), land, dine egne drikkevarer, din prisliste, rækkefølge, sprog og udseende.
Prøveperiode og køb	Hvornår din prøveperiode begyndte, samt om du har købt appen. Selve betalingen og dine kortoplysninger håndteres af Apple eller Google — dem ser vi aldrig.
Teknisk	Hvilken version af appen din telefon kører, så vi kan levere rettelser.

Det indsamler vi ikke

Ingen analyse- eller statistikværktøjer, der følger din adfærd i appen.
Ingen reklame-id'er, ingen reklamer og intet videresalg af data.
Ingen lokation, kontakter, fotos, kalender eller mikrofon.
Ingen data fra Apple Health eller Google Fit.
Ingen profilering og ingen automatiske afgørelser.

3. Helbredsoplysninger

Oplysninger om dit alkoholforbrug og din kropsvægt er helbredsoplysninger og dermed en særlig kategori af personoplysninger efter databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 9. Vi behandler dem alene på grundlag af dit udtrykkelige samtykke (artikel 9, stk. 2, litra a), som du giver ved selv at indtaste dem. Du kan når som helst trække samtykket tilbage ved at slette dine data eller din konto — se afsnit 8.

5. Hvor ligger dine data?

Dine registreringer og indstillinger gemmes hos Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) i datacentre i EU (multiregionen eur3, Europa-vest). Adgangen er låst til din egen konto med sikkerhedsregler på serveren: ingen andre brugere kan læse dine data.

6. Hvem videregiver vi til?

Vi sælger aldrig dine oplysninger. Vi bruger et lille antal leverandører, der behandler data på vores vegne:

7. Hvor længe gemmer vi dine data?

Vi gemmer dine data, så længe du bruger appen. Sletter du dine data eller din konto, fjernes de fra vores systemer. Køb registreret hos Apple, Google eller RevenueCat kan blive gemt længere, hvis bogføringslovgivningen kræver det.

8. Sådan sletter du dine data

Dine registreringer: Åbn appen → Indstillinger → Data → Slet alle mine data.
Hele din konto: Åbn appen → Indstillinger → Konto → Slet konto. Kontoen, din log og dine indstillinger slettes med det samme og kan ikke gendannes. Du kan også skrive til [e-mailadresse], så gør vi det for dig inden for 30 dage.
Appen på telefonen: Afinstallerer du appen uden at have en konto, forsvinder dine data med den.

9. Dine rettigheder

Efter databeskyttelsesforordningen har du ret til at få indsigt i dine oplysninger, få dem rettet eller slettet, få behandlingen begrænset, gøre indsigelse mod behandlingen, få dine data udleveret i et maskinlæsbart format (dataportabilitet) og at trække dit samtykke tilbage. 10. Børn og unge

Appen handler om alkohol og er ikke beregnet til personer under 18 år. Vi indsamler ikke bevidst oplysninger om børn.

11. Ændringer

Vi kan opdatere denne politik. Ved væsentlige ændringer giver vi besked i appen. Datoen øverst viser, hvornår politikken sidst blev ændret.

This policy describes what personal data the AlControl app processes, why, and what rights you have. We have written it to be read by people, not only by lawyers.

1. Data controller

2. What data do we process?

Without an account

You can use the app without creating an account. Everything you log then stays on your own phone and is not sent anywhere.

With an account

If you create an account — with email, Google or Apple — we process:

Account details	A user id, your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the name you choose to share. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see Apple's relay address.
Your entries	Drink type, volume, alcohol percentage, price, currency and timestamp for each entry.
Your settings	Body weight and body composition (used for the blood alcohol estimate), country, your own drinks, your price list, ordering, language and appearance.
Trial and purchase	When your trial started, and whether you have bought the app. The payment itself and your card details are handled by Apple or Google — we never see them.
Technical	Which version of the app your phone runs, so we can deliver fixes.

What we do not collect

No analytics tracking your behaviour in the app.
No advertising identifiers, no ads, and nothing sold on.
No location, contacts, photos, calendar or microphone.
No data from Apple Health or Google Fit.
No profiling and no automated decision-making.

3. Health data

Information about your alcohol consumption and body weight is health data and therefore a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. We process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you give by entering it yourself. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your data or your account — see section 8.

5. Where is your data kept?

Your entries and settings are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in data centres in the EU (the eur3 multi-region, Europe-west). Access is locked to your own account by server-side security rules: no other user can read your data.

6. Who do we share with?

We never sell your data. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

Transfers to the US rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long do we keep it?

We keep your data for as long as you use the app. If you delete your data or your account, it is removed from our systems. Purchases recorded by Apple, Google or RevenueCat may be kept longer where accounting law requires it.

8. How to delete your data

Your entries: Open the app → Settings → Data → Delete all my data.
Your whole account: Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. The account, your log and your settings are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. You can also write to [email address] and we will do it for you within 30 days.
The app on your phone: If you uninstall without having an account, your data goes with it.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it, to receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability), and to withdraw your consent. Write to [email address].

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk.

10. Children

The app concerns alcohol and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app of material changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
